The motive behind the initiative is to allow citizens to open up and express and to normalize basic instinctive human emotions like sadness and crying. The Building has signs all over the premises such as “Enter and cry”, “I too have anxiety”, “feeling bad is also fine”.

There are contacts of persons listed in a corner whom you can call if you’re feeling vulnerable, including psychologists.

The project is launched after the Spanish Prime Minister, Pedro Sanchez announced a $116 million mental healthcare drive addressed it as a public health problem which includes a 24-hour suicide helpline.
