Gulf Bank in Kuwait has unveiled its first environmentally friendly branch, situated in Sabah Al-Ahmad city. Mohammad Al-Qattan, the General Manager of Consumer Banking, expressed his delight at launching this pioneering branch. He emphasized that this initiative paves the way for transforming the entire branch network into eco-friendly facilities. These branches will be designed with sustainability principles in mind, following a well-defined plan and schedule.
Furthermore, the new and refurbished branches will embrace self-service technology, empowering customers to manage most of their transactions independently. This not only enhances customer convenience but also contributes to the bank's environmental goals by potentially reducing energy consumption and paper usage.
