This effort seeks to address larger environmental concerns while also establishing a new standard for election conduct. Lailang promoted public awareness of plastic usage and sanitation in order to create a safe and clean environment.

In addition, procedures to ensure free, fair, and peaceful elections were described, such as enforcing the Model Code of Conduct, randomizing Electronic Voting Machines (EVMs), organizing polling parties, and establishing control centers.

Special arrangements, such as Women Polling Stations and Youth Polling Stations, were established as instructed by the Election Commission of India. Representatives from major political parties expressed their support for this ecologically conscious approach to the electoral process.
