A UNICEF report says that global climate change directly threatens children's physical growth and the development of their potential to survive.

UNICEF has made a shocking disclosure in one of its reports regarding the impact of climate change on children's health. According to the report, about 500 million children are currently affected by the heatwave and by the middle of the century, about 2 billion children will be affected by them every year. A surprising thing has come to light in the 2021 report on Climate Change and Health.

According to this, every year between 2030 and 2050, there will be 2.5 lakh additional deaths only due to diseases caused by this climate change. Climate change has not only harmed the weather, but now its effect is also visible in our food.  Due to climate change, nutrients like calcium, zinc and iron are rapidly declining in rice, pulses, wheat and vegetables.
