The government is expecting heavy footfall in the city once the Ram Mandir construction is completed. A detailed report has been prepared for the project, it was presented to a group of ministers and the chief minister of the state. The Uttar Pradesh Urban Development Department is all set to commence work on a Greenfield township based on a Vedic theme within a few weeks.
A 1200 acre greenfield township has been proposed for tourists who want to come and stay. It’ll be a self-sustained township. Besides, the urban development department is also planning to revamp the Kukrail reserve forest in Lucknow and make it more attractive for tourists.
